Article Processing Charge

Nexavium Journal of Cybersecurity and Cyberdefense is a fully open access journal, meaning that all published articles are freely available to readers worldwide immediately upon publication.

To support the editorial process, peer review management, and publication infrastructure, the journal applies an Article Processing Charge (APC).

The current APC is set at USD 350 for manuscripts of up to 12 pages. For manuscripts exceeding this limit, an additional charge of USD 75 per extra page will apply.

Authors are advised to ensure that they have access to funding to cover the APC prior to submission. Please note that APC rates may be subject to adjustment over time in line with the journal’s development, operational needs, and commitment to maintaining high publication standards.

Requests for APC waivers or discounts may be considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly for authors from low- and middle-income countries or under specific circumstances.

Withdrawal Fee

In addition to APC, the journal applies a Withdrawal Fee of USD 350 if a manuscript is withdrawn after the peer-review process has commenced or after the manuscript has been accepted.

This fee is imposed to cover the editorial and peer-review resources that have already been allocated to the manuscript. Authors are therefore strongly encouraged to ensure their commitment to the submission before entering the review process.
